The applicant has to obtain a Professional Valuation Report in writing from a Qualified Valuer/Licensed Valuer registered with the relevant professional bodies such as Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) .

To assist the applicant to demonstrate that he/she meets the requirements of the immigration schemes or policies.

To qualify for admission under the immigration schemes or policies, the applicant should have Net Assets to which he is absolutely beneficially entitled with a market value of not less than a certain amount preceding his application. The application should have supporting documents such as a Property Valuation Report / Appraisal Report signed by a qualified valuer.
